Terms and Conditions


1° - Anixter “transfers the Warranty established by the Manufacturer”. Anixter assumes all costs related to the management, import, export and logistics of warranty claims in the period of 12 months from the date of invoice. After this period, the customer must meet all the expenses that are caused by their warranty claim to the manufacturer.

2° - Anixter is not responsible for the lack of approval of the claim by the manufacturer. The associated costs in these cases will be transferred to the client.

3° - Completing this form does not imply any endorsement of your warranty claim.

4 ° - When a claim is submitted, Anixter reserves the right to accept those claims made by customers who have debts or have made late payments, regardless of whether it could be approved by the manufacturer.

5 ° - Anixter has up to 3 business days to respond to your request.

6° - Anixter may require the sending of a technical report detailing the reason(s) of the presented failure. To streamline the management it is recommended to include this technical report when you submit your claim.

7° - The Return of the product(s) to Anixter will take place after the sending of an authorization number (RMA). Any returns made without this authorization number will not be accepted. Anixter is not responsible for any expenses incurred for shipment of material without proper approval.

8° - Once verified the document and authorized the return, the equipment must be accompanied by a waybill or reference indicating the returned product code, quantity, serial number, and the corresponding RMA number. The shipment of the equipment without this document will cause immediate refusal of its receipt. Anixter is not responsible for any costs related to such refusal.

9 - In case of any equipment subcomponent, it should refer to the main component code that included the faulty subcomponent. This information must be included in the technical details of the fault.

10° - The returning material transportation to Anixter must be prepaid.. No COD shipments will be accepted. Anixter is not responsible for the costs associated with the rejection of a shipment that has not been made as previously stated.

11 ° - The product should be returned in its original packaging, as originally delivered (the damaged part must included, as well as the original box and the appropriate accessories). Anixter will not receive those shipments that do not meet the foregoing except by prior agreement with the manufacturer. Anixter is not responsible for any costs that its rejection may cause.
